Vegtable Cutlet


Ingredients:
  • 2 medium potatoes boiled and smashed
  • Green peas, carrots, green beans- 1 cup of each(cooked)
  • Red onion-1 finely chopped
  • Chopped coriander leaves-2 tbsp
  • 2 finely chopped green chilies(optional)
  • Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Salt according to your taste
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • Breadcrumbs-1 cup
  • Garam masala-2 tsp
  • Oil to fry
Method:
  1. Mix  all the vegtables and smash them, adjust salt and spice to your taste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan,add onion,green chilli,coriander leaves,ginger garlic paste,garam masala and fry then till the onion is cooked.Add this with the vegtables and mix them
  3. Divide the mixture into medium size ball or to the shape that you wish
  4. Dip each patty in the beaten egg, and roll the ball  in breadcrumbs and set aside.
  5. Heat the oil on medium high heat in a frying pan.
  6. Frying pan should have atleast 1 1/2 inch of oil.
  7. Fry a few cutlets at a time until they are golden-brown on both sides. 
  8. Repeat this until all the cutlets are done. Serve hot.
