Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes boiled and smashed
- Green peas, carrots, green beans- 1 cup of each(cooked)
- Red onion-1 finely chopped
- Chopped coriander leaves-2 tbsp
- 2 finely chopped green chilies(optional)
- Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
- Salt according to your taste
- 2 Eggs beaten
- Breadcrumbs-1 cup
- Garam masala-2 tsp
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Mix all the vegtables and smash them, adjust salt and spice to your taste.
- Heat oil in a pan,add onion,green chilli,coriander leaves,ginger garlic paste,garam masala and fry then till the onion is cooked.Add this with the vegtables and mix them
- Divide the mixture into medium size ball or to the shape that you wish
- Dip each patty in the beaten egg, and roll the ball in breadcrumbs and set aside.
- Heat the oil on medium high heat in a frying pan.
- Frying pan should have atleast 1 1/2 inch of oil.
- Fry a few cutlets at a time until they are golden-brown on both sides.
- Repeat this until all the cutlets are done. Serve hot.
